Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management solution, which will give you complete authority over your e-mail box accounts and email campaigns. With this user-friendly GUI, you can create a brand new e-mail box account in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Additionally, you can redirect mail messages from one mail account to another, configure mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and shield your email accounts against spam email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your e-mail box accounts against junk emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unasked-for mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your e-mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular e-mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for sorting your incoming emails according to specific rules defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can easily set up an e-mail filter for any of your mailbox accounts and change the filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mails from one e-mail box to another, or even to a number of other email accounts. Simply select the e-mail account you would like to redirect electronic mail messages from, then specify the target email box and select if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your preference to access your email mailbox accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you wish to set up on your desktop computer or smartphone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mailbox account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple email mailbox accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to easily set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will handle everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
